After negotiating a contract is the next step that Kimberly's experience is a difference maker. Almost all closing processes have some issues in them. Kimberly was able to work "behind the scenes" to keep the process on track. Her ability to keep control of the process was comforting. In the end, the only measure of success is a successful closing and our sole passed with flying colors in a challenging selling market.
